Recruiting for a Web Designer
The job
The Blue Cube are looking for someone who is not only a talented web designer/developer, but also a project manager, and general all rounder. This is a varied position within a small but highly focussed team. You will be developing new sites from brief as well as maintaining and updating current sites.
Qualifications/Experience:
An excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, MYSQL, Javascript and website content management systems is essential, as well as good knowledge of Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop and Flash.
About you
You will be a self starter who is keen to learn, and to develop your career in the web/creative/marketing industry. You will be keen to learn about SEO, online marketing, html production, web accessibility and content management systems.
You will have an appreciation for achieving pixel perfect layouts to match photoshop files that have been supplied by designers. You enjoy paying close attention to the smallest details. You will enjoy managing projects, and talking on the telephone to clients.
Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 5 days a week
Salary negotiable.
